Ambedkar statue installed at Delhi University campus, removed a day later

The installation and subsequent removal of Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar's statue at Delhi University's North Campus has led to controversy. Unveiled by DUSU president Tushar Dedha, the statue was taken away by Delhi government officials the next day. Confusion over permission and jurisdiction between MCD and PWD has further complicated matters.
