Creative freedom can't be curbed on apprehension of a law & order problem: Bombay HC on film ‘Emergency’

The Bombay High Court has ordered the CBFC to make a decision on certifying Kangana Ranaut's film 'Emergency' by September 25. The court criticized the board for delaying its decision due to concerns over potential public disorder, following objections from Sikh organizations. The judges stressed that creative freedom and expression should not be curtailed.
