Gurgaon horror: SUV driver who killed biker has no licence, say cops

Kuldeep Kumar Thakur, who drove an SUV that fatally crashed into a biker on Golf Course Road in Gurgaon, lacked a valid four-wheeler licence. He admitted to taking the wrong side to save time and is known for previous traffic violations. Police have now added Section 181 of the Motor Vehicle Act against him.
