Tirupati temple laddu row: GCMMF files case against seven for their tweets

Ahmedabad Cybercrime police have lodged a case against seven social media users for tweeting that low-quality Amul ghee was used in making laddus at Tirupati temple. The tweets falsely alleged the ghee contained animal fat, harming Amul's reputation. GCMMF clarified it never supplied ghee to the temple.
