Shankaracharya refrains from offering prayers at Ram temple during Ayodhya visit

Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati, Shankaracharya of Jyotishpeeth, visited Ayodhya but refrained from praying at the Ram temple as it is still under construction. He launched a nationwide 'Gau Dhwaj Sthapana Bharat Yatra' advocating for cow protection laws and urged the government to ban cow slaughter in respect of religious sentiments.
