How Pune Police 'unlocked' tech savvy car thief's unique tactics

Pune rural police have apprehended Nadim Dawood Shaikh for stealing three cars valued at Rs11.4 lakh using an on-board diagnostics (OBD) device. Shaikh was caught after being tracked via CCTV footage on major highways. Previously arrested for similar crimes, he planned to sell the stolen vehicles in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.
