Chhattisgarh SP's Maoist killer hunted down after 15-year chase

After a 15-year pursuit, Maoist commander Rupesh was killed in a week-long operation in Chhattisgarh's Bastar region. He was wanted for the assassination of SP Vinod Kumar Chaubey in 2009. Chaubey's son Saumil Ranjan Chaubey expressed mixed emotions about the encounter and stressed that dialogue is preferable to violence.
