Tripura CM Dr Manik Saha announced plans to reopen murder cases from the Left Front's 35-year rule and Congress's five-year tenure. This decision follows opposition claims of worsening law and order in Tripura. A similar initiative was started by the previous BJP-led government but saw limited progress.
