Kerala trekker dies in Uttarakhand while attempting to climb Garuda Peak at 6,268m

Amal Mohan, a 35-year-old martial arts trainer from Kerala, passed away due to suspected respiratory failure while attempting to climb Garuda Peak in Chamoli district. He was trekking with a group to the Bagini Glacier when he faced breathing difficulties. His body was airlifted for post-mortem and later sent back to Kerala for final rites.
