Python trapped in plastic ‘hula hoop’ found at Mumbai's BKC

A rock python found in Mumbai's Bandra-Kurla Complex had a plastic ring piercing its body, causing injury. Rescued by Wildlife Animal Protection and Rescue Association, the python is being treated in Chembur. While the injury is not severe, it highlights the dangers of plastic waste. The snake is receiving antibiotics, painkillers, and cold laser therapy.
