Ladakh activist Sonam Wangchuk free, say Delhi cops; no, say pleas in high court

Delhi Police has released climate activist Sonam Wangchuk and his associates, and lifted prohibitory orders against protests in New Delhi. However, some petitioners contend Wangchuk still faces certain restrictions. The Delhi High Court has allowed further affidavits to clarify the situation.
