Pay Rs 5 lakh to employer for quitting without notice: Gujarat court

An Ahmedabad court has ordered an employee to pay Rs 5 lakh in damages to Jensen Kobain Solutions Pvt Ltd. The ruling came after the employee, who began working as a trainee in 2021, resigned without the required 30-day notice and had unexplained absenteeism, resulting in financial and reputational loss for the company.
