At 35.8°C, Mumbai records highest day temperature in Maharashtra

Mumbai registered the state's highest day temperature at 35.8°C, closely followed by Solapur. This rise is attributed to easterly winds during the transition season. The India Meteorological Department forecasts dry weather for Mumbai, Thane, and Palghar till Sunday. Night temperatures have also been higher than usual. Monsoon withdrawal was delayed by a week this year.
