Work on a raised pedestrian crossing on Gurgaon’s Golf Course Road has been halted, creating a dangerous unmarked obstruction that has already caused multiple accidents. The stoppage resulted from objections by DLF representatives. The GMDA had begun constructing the crossing to prevent speeding and increase pedestrian safety after several accidents in the area.
