A 14-year-old boy from UP's Hathras died after doctors at Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi removed 65 objects, including batteries, chains, and screws, from his stomach. He had been taken to several hospitals in different cities before his death due to an intestinal infection. The boy, named Aditya Sharma, died despite the complex surgery.
