Firecracker explodes in hand, Uttar Pradesh man loses 2 fingers on Diwali

A 33-year-old man lost two fingers due to a firecracker explosion during Diwali in Lucknow. Hospitals treated 151 burn cases over Diwali, with fewer incidents than last year. KGMU, Lok Bandhu, and SPM (Civil) hospitals handled the most serious cases. Hospitals had extra staff to manage the anticipated increase in Diwali-related injuries.
