Getting harder to breathe: AQI touches ‘severe’, ‘very poor’ in most Haryana districts

Despite efforts to curb air pollution, Haryana's air quality remains poor, with many cities recording severe AQI levels. NCR districts, including Gurugram, Faridabad, and Sonipat, faced very poor air levels, worsened by stubble burning and vehicular pollution. PM 2.5 and PM 10 particles are the primary pollutants. Only six districts recorded moderate pollution levels.
