SC anguished, litigants too, but court shut for second day as lawyers’ strike continues

Lawyers in Ghaziabad continued their indefinite strike for the second day, halting court proceedings and impacting litigants. The strike is in protest against a lathicharge by police on lawyers last week. The lawyers are demanding action against the police and an SIT probe into the incident.
