Thanks to Malayali mayor, UK town to honour India's 'forgotten' war dead

The Cambridge City Council is set to honor the bravery and sacrifice of nearly 4 million Indian soldiers who fought in World War I and II. The event, spearheaded by Cambridge Mayor and Kottayam native Baiju Thittala, seeks to recognize the soldiers' contributions which have largely been overlooked in both India and the UK.
