HC: Formulate policy to absorb anganwadi staff in government service

The Gujarat High Court ruled that anganwadi workers and helpers are entitled to be absorbed as permanent government employees. The court ordered the central and state governments to formulate a policy for their absorption and to pay them arrears based on minimum pay scales for Class 3 and Class 4 posts.
