Over 500 migratory birds have died at Rajasthan's Sambhar Lake since October 26 due to an outbreak of avian botulism. Rescue teams are working to save sick birds, transporting them to a rescue center in Mithri for treatment. This incident follows a similar outbreak in 2019 that killed approximately 18,000 birds.
