Justice through bulldozers is unknown to any civilised system: SC

The Supreme Court condemned "bulldozer justice," ruling that demolishing properties without due process is unacceptable in a civilised legal system. The court emphasized that Article 300A safeguards property rights and ordered Uttar Pradesh to compensate a citizen whose house was demolished for road development without following procedure.
