Delhi HC directs govt to enable online registration for Muslim marriages

The Delhi high court has ordered the Delhi government to implement an online registration system for Muslim marriages. This directive comes in response to a petition filed by a Muslim couple who faced difficulties registering their marriage due to the lack of an online mechanism for Muslim Personal Law marriages.
