BJP complains to EC over Rahul Gandhi's 'Constitution is in danger' comment
The BJP has filed a complaint with the Election Commission against Rahul Gandhi for claiming that the party intends to "destroy the Constitution." The BJP is also seeking an FIR against Gandhi under Section 353 of BNS. This follows an FIR against the Jharkhand BJP for allegedly sharing misleading videos during the state's assembly elections.
