High court rejects man’s plea against his arrest over UK mission stir

The Delhi High Court upheld the arrest of Inder Pal Singh Gaba, accused of participating in the March Khalistani protests at the Indian High Commission in London. Gaba was apprehended under UAPA charges for his alleged involvement in the protests where the Indian flag was desecrated.
