Widow of armyman who died in J&K loses hands in hair dryer blast in Karnataka

A woman in Ilkal, India, lost her palms and fingers when a hair dryer she was holding exploded. The hair dryer was part of a courier package that was addressed to her neighbor. The neighbor had asked the victim to collect the package on her behalf.
