BJP MLA Pradeep Patel in Madhya Pradesh, under house arrest for attempting to demolish an alleged encroachment near a temple, refused to leave his room or meet officials. Despite efforts to reach him, Patel only spoke with another MLA, expressing his hunger strike and insistence on the administration's action against the encroachment.
