89% of newly elected MLAs in Jharkhand are crorepatis: Report

A new report reveals that 89% of Jharkhand's newly elected MLAs are crorepatis, a 20% increase from 2019. Congress MLA Rameshwar Oraon tops the list with assets worth ₹42.20 crore. The average asset value per MLA is ₹6.90 crore, significantly up from ₹3.87 crore in the previous election. Many MLAs also declared criminal cases and varying educational qualifications.
