Case against YSRCP netas for 'forcibly acquiring' company's shares

CID filed a case against MP Vijaysai Reddy, his son-in-law and another MP's son. They are accused of forcibly acquiring Kakinada Port shares. The complainant, Karnati Venkateswara Rao, alleges coercion and undervaluation of his shares. Rao claims the takeover was orchestrated by former CM Jagan Mohan Reddy. The case also involves two auditing firms and a realty company.
