Himachal Pradesh Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla boycotted an event commemorating Dr. B.R. Ambedkar's death anniversary due to perceived disrespect in the invitation. Shukla stated he wasn't contacted personally by officials and the invitation listed the Chief Minister as the chief guest, prompting him to pay tribute at Raj Bhawan instead.
