Salman Khan home firing accused’s ‘suicide’ doesn’t look like custodial death: Bombay high court

The Bombay High Court questioned the possibility of custodial death in the suicide of Anuj Thapan, an accused in the Salman Khan firing case. Thapan was found dead in a police lock-up, but the court noted CCTV footage showed him alone, and questioned the motive for police involvement given his minor role.
