16-year-old Guwahati girl jumps off Agra hotel balcony to escape ex-jawan’s molestation bid

A 16-year-old girl from Guwahati fractured her legs after jumping from an Agra hotel balcony to escape alleged molestation by a former Assam Rifles jawan. Lokesh Kumar Sharma and his wife, Maya Devi, were arrested while attempting to flee. The girl had left home after a dispute with her parents and met Devi at Guwahati railway station.
