Those with 2+ kids won’t be eligible for high court clerk posts

The Bombay High Court at Goa is hiring 17 clerks but applicants with more than two children are ineligible. This rule doesn't apply to those with more than two children before March 28, 2005, provided they haven't had more since March 28, 2006. Multiple births within a year of March 28, 2005, are considered a single child for this rule.
