Delhi Police investigations have revealed that gangsters across multiple groups are using the Armenian app Zangi to evade surveillance. This app generates unique 10-digit numbers, eliminating the need for SIM cards and allowing for untraceable communication. Messages are deleted from servers after delivery, making tracking impossible.
