A gang from Bihar meticulously planned a heist on Indian Overseas Bank's Chinhat branch in Lucknow, after extensive training on cracking safes. Tools were procured anonymously, and the heist executed with precision, leaving minimal evidence. Police are investigating another local link apart from Vipin Kumar Verma who helped the gang.
