Cable cars across Yamuna soon? Delhi LG asks DDA to start survey process

Delhi Development Authority may soon start a cable car service across the Yamuna river, as directed by Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena. The system will operate during fixed hours and carry around 50 passengers per ride. The project aims to offer non-polluting public transport alternatives and reduce traffic congestion and air pollution, while encouraging walking and fitness.
