BJP MPs from Delhi propose four projects to Union transport minister Nitin Gadkari aimed at reducing traffic congestion and pollution in the capital. Key projects include an underground tunnel from Shiv Murti to Nelson Mandela Marg and extending highways to improve connectivity while easing vehicular flow within and through Delhi.
