Who owns the buffalo, Andhra Pradesh or Karnataka? Cops come with answers

Police from Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka resolved a dispute between Bommanahal and Medehal villages over the ownership of a buffalo, which both groups claimed. The villagers demanded a DNA test, but authorities ultimately decided to hand over the buffalo to villagers on the Karnataka side, which calmed the situation.
