Sambhal violence: HC stays arrest of SP MP Ziaur Rahman Barq, refuses to quash FIR

The Allahabad high court has stayed the arrest of SP MP Ziaur Rahman Barq, implicated in the violence during a survey of Shahi Jama Masjid in Sambhal, UP.
