Atul Subhash suicide case: Karnataka HC refuses to quash abetment case against wife, others

The Karnataka high court refused to pass an interim order on Nikita Singhania's plea to quash an FIR accusing her of abetting her husband's suicide. Justice SR Krishna Kumar noted the FIR's prima facie validity and adjourned the hearing for police to submit investigation details.
