Atul Subhash case: SC denies grandmother's custody plea, says child a 'stranger' to her

The Supreme Court rejected the custody plea by Atul Subhash's mother for her minor grandson, stating she was a stranger to the child. It advised custody matters be handled in trial court. The child's estranged mother, granted bail in a related suicide abetment case, remains in Bengaluru.
