April onwards, FASTag must for toll in Maharashtra

Starting April 1, all tolls in Mumbai must be paid via FASTag. Vehicles that do not follow this rule or have inactive FASTags will be charged double. The state cabinet has amended the Public Private Partnership Policy 2014 to make this compulsory. This move aims to improve toll collection consistency and reduce delays, saving time and fuel.
