Man held for snipping off woman’s hair at Dadar railway station

A 35-year-old man was arrested by the Govt Railway Police at Dadar station for allegedly cutting a 19-year-old woman's hair without permission while she was on a foot overbridge. The police are investigating if the same man is responsible for a similar incident last year. The suspect has been charged with molestation for inappropriate touch.
