Delhi HC says rehab package for Pakistani Hindus a policy matter

The Delhi High Court declined to direct the Centre to provide a comprehensive rehabilitation package for Hindu migrants from Pakistan who have gained citizenship under the Citizenship Amendment Act. The court considered this a policy matter for the government but urged authorities to consider the petitioner's representation regarding migrants' resettlement needs.
