India, US to step up fight against cybercrimes

India and the US signed an MoU to enhance cooperation on cybercrime investigations, bolstering security against terrorism, violent extremism, and related threats. The agreement will facilitate collaboration on cyber threat intelligence and digital forensics. The MoU was signed by Indian ambassador Vinay Kwatra and US deputy secretary Kristie Canegallo, with respective agencies overseeing implementation.
