Woman strangled by boyfriend in Delhi, murder staged as suicide

A 23-year-old woman was murdered by her boyfriend in northwest Delhi. The accused, suspecting her of infidelity, allegedly strangled her. He tried to stage the crime scene as a suicide but failed. The accused, Shakir, attempted to flee but was caught and confessed during interrogation.
