3 aspiring cops mowed down by Pune bus during training run

Three young police aspirants were tragically killed by a state transport bus while training along the Beed-Parli highway in dense fog. The incident provoked local outrage, leading to an attempted arson of the bus. The bus driver was arrested. State transport minister Pratap Sarnaik announced Rs 10 lakh compensation for each of the victims’ families.
