A 13-year-old student lost four toes after a dumper in the wrong direction ran over her foot in Santacruz (East), Mumbai. The driver was apprehended for rash driving. Muskan Shaikh's family faced difficulties receiving timely medical treatment from government hospitals and sought help from a private hospital, where they required financial assistance for her surgery.
