JDU sacks Manipur chief for revoking backing to Biren govt

JDU removed Kshetrimayum Biren Singh from his position as Manipur unit president after he independently withdrew party support from the BJP-led government without consulting the central leadership. JDU remains committed to supporting the NDA at both the central and state levels, including in Manipur.
