OpenAI, backed by Microsoft and creator of ChatGPT, challenges Delhi HC's jurisdiction in a copyright lawsuit by ANI. OpenAI argues it lacks an Indian presence and cannot delete ANI's data from training modules due to US legal obligations. The court will hear the case on Jan 28.
